2. **Menu Recommendations**
Yesterday, I visited the Buchon Yukhoe headquarters in Gwangjang Market in Seoul with my hometown junior. As a reputation, I ordered chopped beef tartare and live octopus and beef sashimi as a side dish, and the fresh ingredients and chewy texture were superb.
The chopped beef tartare and live octopus is spicy
Fresh octopus harmonizes well with alcohol
It was perfect, and the savory taste of yuksashimi was impressive.
With soju and soju
The conversation is going well and enjoyable
I spent some time.
a lively market even late in the day
The atmosphere was impressive,
I'd like to visit again next time.
I came here with my son last time
I liked it and I heard it was delicious
It reminded me of my son.
I'd like to come with you next time.
It's around 5 p.m. and it's a weekday
The hall was already crowded with customers.
Soju and yukhoe tang tang. 👍👍👍
3. **Taste Evaluation**
I first encountered Puchon Yukhoe about two years ago and it was so delicious that I posted a review. In the meantime, the taste remains, but the system has changed a lot.
It seems good that you can get notifications on the phone after registering for waiting without waiting on the spot. You don't have to wait for a long time on the spot.
But if you want to eat it in a restaurant, you have to order one menu per person. Since when has raw beef worth 21,000 won been a one-person menu? We went in just to eat raw beef, but we were embarrassed because we had to order two. It wasn't like that before, but I think it's changed. We ordered an additional beef tartare bibimbap that we didn't have to order. There must be quite a few people like me who go in without knowing and get embarrassed.
But raw beef is as delicious as always. I'll take it out next time
4. **Service Experience**
I went to a Michelin restaurant
A man is the first to guide us
You're so kind.
There are places like this that are already well-known, so there are places that usually do it
You were so kind while you were busy, and the part-timers, too
That was nice of you!
Beef tartare and radish soup are so delicious. The soup can be salty or tough. I enjoyed it so much
It's 100000000% of revisiting
5. **Value for Money**
⭐Register and wait at the entrance of the ️ store (one menu per person) ⭐️
There's waiting on weekdays. There's branch office nearby. It's a lot compared to the price of beef tartare bibimbap (10,0), and it's easy, but the radish soup that comes with it is especially delicious. Did you get Michelin for this? I think Koreans order at least one beef tartare bibimbap and foreigners order one plate of raw beef. It's interesting to see it on both sides of the bibimbap, but I wanted to share it(?)
It was interesting that most of the Gwangjang Market was foreigners, so they had to fight with foreigners. When I first came to Gwangjang Market about 10 years ago, it was famous, but is this the trend these days? Anyway, it's time to eat raw beef because the weather is getting chilly. 👍
*By the way, the twisted bread stick at the entrance of Gwangjang Market is as good as the line
6. **Overall Impression**
When I visited around 5:30 on the weekend, there were about 17 teams, but I went in in 10 minutes. The table already has beef radish soup set up, and fast food that comes out almost as soon as you order haha
I was thinking about what to eat and ate chopped beef tartare and live octopus, but it's savory and the quality of raw beef is also good. The rotation rate is so good that the ingredients are inevitably fresh.
By the way, everywhere is a Japanese tourist, so I thought I was traveling to Japan..
